Specialized Bicycles
Specialized is a high-end bicycle company that designs all its products for the specific needs of riders. Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve their riders’ experience and safety, their motto is Innovate or Die.
To keep up there as a designer, I needed to constantly innovate as well.
From designing bike graphics to venturing to the product side with saddle design, to the design of print graphics for hangtags to be hung on bikes in stores.
It's a special challenge to design bike graphics—you work with such limited real estate. You must constantly ask yourself: How do I make this sleek and sophisticated? How do I make it look fast even when it’s taking a break from being ridden?
